I’m a passionate filmmaker & analog photographer born and raised in Athens, Greece, currently based in New York City, USA.
I have made short fiction and documentary films, some of which have screened in film festivals around the globe. My photography work has been featured in numerous photography magazines and publications. What's in a Name (2014) had the honor of being distinguished in "Plasencia Encorto" International Youth Film Festival, as well as being screened in the Hellenic Parliament Television Channel (Βουλή).
At the moment, I’m working for Elara Pictures, the production company behind the Palme d’Or nominated Good Time (2017), all while completing a BFA in Film & TV Production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
My love for films & documentaries stem from a deep appreciation for character-driven narratives that examine the relationship dynamics of families, lovers, friends and societal classes, which reflects on the kind of work that I do.
I often derive inspiration in poetry, films and my own life experiences, and I find it tremendously soothing when people caress my hair.
